๐Ÿ‘ฅ Staff scheduling

Everyone knows who's on, and what's booked.

The rota and the appointment book are the same problem. Zippoto keeps them together, so a shift change updates what customers can book, and time off never strands an appointment quietly.

How it works

Rotas, requests and cover.

1. Rotas that drive availability

Change the schedule and the booking page follows immediately.

2. Staff request their own time off

With approval, notice rules, and roles that decide who can self-schedule.

3. Conflicts surfaced, not buried

If a change would strand existing bookings, you see them and decide what happens.

4. A calendar per provider

Each person sees their own day; owners see everyone's.

Questions we get asked

Can staff request time off themselves?

Yes. Roles decide who can change their own schedule directly and who needs approval, and a minimum-notice rule can be set per shop or per role.

What happens to appointments already booked when hours change?

The owner is shown exactly which bookings would be affected and chooses: keep them, flag them for reassignment, or cancel with an automatic apology and rebooking link.

Does each provider get their own calendar?

Yes โ€” staff see their own schedule, owners and managers see all of them.
